•Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
•Have pillows and space on the floor for yoga movements and stretching.
•Bring a journal and pen for reflections. Colored utensils such as crayons or markers will be used for creative exercises.
•Keep water nearby to stay hydrated.
•Good speakers can enhance the experience during music portions but are not required.
