HOLD THE WEALTH is a two-part live intensive to help retrain your nervous system to remember its innate ability to receive. Through color and sound frequencies and ancient yogic practices, we’ll create more space in the body while using systematic subconscious programming to help you embody just how big you really are.
 
I’ve never led anything quite like this before. Across our two live Zoom sessions, there will be transformational teaching, deep guided visual journeys, embodiment work, and real-time coaching. If you want to participate, you’ll have the chance to bring a perceived block around wealth or receiving into the session and begin moving through it with me.
 
I’m also creating a group visualization, a kind of quantum redesign, where we’ll work with the architects of possibility and the power of our shared attention and intention. We’ll practice both sides of wealth: offering our gifts freely and opening ourselves to receive what others are here to give.
Between our two Sundays, I’ll guide you through an intensive seven-day practice to help you sustain the momentum of tuning yourself to wealth in your daily life. We’ll use ancient yogic practices that have been used for centuries to create space in the body and move energetic blocks, alongside subconscious programming to help bring your thoughts, body, and nervous system into coherence.
Together, we’ll explore how to honor your inherent value, embody the version of yourself who can receive more, and prepare to hold the wealth you are creating.
