Each week we have a LIVE ZOOM class and work with innovative identity-shifting techniques, neural reprogramming practices, breathwork, sound activation, and ancient yogic technologies. Through embodied movement, nervous system regulation, and subconscious retraining, we practice becoming the version of ourselves we are consciously choosing.

Every time I do one of your workshops, I feel so compelled to tell you how great it is because it’s just— I don’t know— it’s so alchemizing for me. Every single time I go to do one, I usually end up crying through the entire thing and having a full somatic release.
I usually start by making space to allow my fear, anger, and grief to come through, and then it just fucking explodes into gratitude that makes me bawl my eyes out. I love these workshops so much. Please never stop— I need them so badly...
And something else came to me: I feel like I get so caught up in the world. I live a good life, a privileged life, but still, the world creeps in so heavily sometimes. When I do your workshops, though, I feel like I’m taking back my power— almost in a Viktor Frankl kind of way. (I haven’t read his book, but I know the concept— how, even in an internment camp, the one thing they couldn’t take from him was his power, his will, his mind.)
That’s exactly what it feels like. The world, with all its chaos, tries to rob us of hope, peace, and belief. But when I do these workshops, I come out feeling like a warrior— an energy warrior.

Since the golden coin activation that we did…I’ve been literally getting money in ways that I couldn’t even have made up…. I’m also hosting workshops and everything, but there’s something about the golden coin and the way you’ve done it... Your workshops are awesome! I love the way you think and I love how you open us up to new ways of thinking I've enjoyed the 19 day challenge so much!!! I truly feel that some of my unempowered parts are becoming empowered. We don't really know what all of our blocks and false beliefs are. But, doing these body movements and exercises uncovers more of our Shadow! * I really love how you've done all this work, to teach others how to do it. I found Cara recently on YouTube, and was really resonating with her energy and messages so I took the opportunity to join a free event that she was offering. I was able to receive her work in a deeper way in the class and Ieft so nourished and alive that I immediately decided to check out the membership Cara offers. I've done a lot of deeper and focused work over the years but have been experiencing a lot of resistance to moving my body (even with a yoga background), and to surrendering a habit that I've had most of my life that I knew deep down was keeping me small. The way that Cara combines the practices, teaches and shares, is so authentic, heart-led and aligned with current ascension themes, it is absolute gold. It just works. I joined the membership which has so much value, I have been able to take a class each day, release the habit and replace it with the movements and breath-work. My energy around my self-concept has quantum jumped and I've had a number of shifts in alignment with that, including an opportunity coming in for me to write for a magazine. The group community has a really great energy which is a testament to the space she holds, and is anchored in the bigger vision for New Earth which is also aligned for me and any visionaries out there.
