This experience includes:

Each session is a full-body activation experience designed to move energy, expand your capacity for visibility, and retrain your system through breathwork, sound, embodiment, and archetypal workto hold more attention and feel safe being seen.

You may move through it as:

• A 9-day immersion • A weekly expansion • Or entirely at your own pace

How to Prepare:

• Wear comfortable clothes for movement

• A mat to sit on the ground

• Have water nearby for hydration

• Bring your journal and something to write with

• Optional: good speakers or headphones for sound and vibration work
