Body Tech:

Creating the portal aligns different energy systems within working together to create a portal to your intended identity shift. The hand mudra in the image; separating your ring and middle finger connects to an ancient Jewish hand symbol that also influenced the Volcan hand symbol used in western pop-culture. This hand position holds the vibration of blessings, prosperity, health and a sacred connection to the divine. The V hand gesture also emphasizes the opening of a portal utilizing the direct energy that comes from the palms. Mirroring the “V” shaped portal with your hands you create the same V shape with your arms in the air. This V shaped arm pose acts like an energetic antenna and container to create the portal. Keeping your arms in this position throughout the exercise creates energy circulation and improved blood flow while holding the collective archetype of the posture which holds the frequency of victory and celebration. With your arms and hands in the air in the V shape you will sync this posture with the breath of fire. Using fast inhales and exhales through either only your nose or only your mouth as you pump your diaphragm in accordance to the breath; as you inhale fill your belly with air and on the exhale use your abs to pull your stomach in. This powerful breath acts as an energetic fuel to build your portal. Lastly you will connect the Portal BODY TECH  pose with the visualization of not only creating a portal but becoming the portal to the desired version of you.

Movement:

This practice is suggested to do one to three minutes. Sitting cross legged in a comfortable position, separate your middle and your ring fingers to create a V shape. Lift your arms above your head in a V shape. Begin breath of fire and begin to visualize creating a portal that leads you to abundance, joy, prosperity and the identity you are choosing to embody. Make sure to combine this posture with the visualization as it is the posture combined with the thought that gives birth to the portal.
