I AM - I KNOW

When I AM-I KNOW appears in your spread, this is a big deal. Through this card you are channeling Knowing and it shares that the only thing left for you to manifest, heal, and create your desire is to KNOW it. Knowing surpasses trust because trust holds an unknown energy, whereas knowing just knows. Just as you know your name, Knowing asks you to know that you already have what you seek. There is an urgency in the magnitude of this message; you are being asked to code yourself with knowing right now because, in the world of infinite possibilities, there is a version of you that has all of their prayers answered, and all you have to do is shift into that identity by assuming you are them. You must know with such unshakable certainty that this is who you are. As you allow yourself to embody this version, your reality will bend and mold to your conviction, and you will witness things that will blow your mind because you thought of them before you became them. Despite Knowing’s urgent request, it shares that this is a practice you build at every moment of the day. You will often get hijacked by uncertainty and fear, but every second, you have a choice to connect back into knowing. It is through your practice and partnership with Knowing that the identity you wish to embody will soon be exactly who you are.

1.     Journal everything you are ready to know! Use I AM statements. Then journal or draw out a metaphorical symbol or vision of what represents your I AM-I KNOW. For example, if you intend to declare that you are making more money doing what you love,  your vision could be of golden coins coming out of you, or riding a dragon to your I AM treasure, the most important thing is be creative with the metaphor, the subconscious speaks in metaphors and that’s what we will be connecting with.

2.     Now here's where things really start to shift; Once you've finished journaling, open the I AM–I KNOW QR code video. In this video, you will not only be listening to 528 HZ frequency, known as the miracle frequency that is said to encourage DNA repair, heart opening, and miracles, but you will be humming it. You're not just listening to a higher frequency, you are becoming it! As you hum, you are subtly vibrating your bones, skull, organs, and blood cells to vibrate at this high vibrational frequency. You will also be activating and soothing your vagus nerve while you hum, calming your nervous system. While you hum, it is of the utmost importance that you hold your I AM–I KNOW metaphorical vision. While humming, allow your inhales to come naturally with a deep breath in and then continue with the hum. Practice sitting comfortably for 5 minutes and 28 seconds and watch the magnetism of your I AM–I KNOW start to shape reality. For the most impact, repeat this daily for 9 days in a row.
